Eggs and egg waste are not going to diminish in the next couple of years- in fact, egg production and its associated waste are projected to increase in the next decade. As we continue to grow, we seek highly motivated individuals who share our values of reinventing, repurposing and recycling, and have more ideas that could be hatched in to real concepts- so an element of additional R&D will be required to move forward!
